Very important note: Big Kahuna has been replaced by Ruhi (pronounced Rue He) this season.  If you are interested in the ginger that you grew last year, the ginger that was mentioned in the Growing For Market article, or the ginger that was referenced in the Washington Post article, you will want to order Ruhi.  The Yellow Ginger is much slower growing and lower yielding than Ruhi.  Read more info about ordering here.
